This post goes out to my readers that live near a Trader Joe's. I recently read in my Real Simple (gifted by the beautiful and talented Vanessa) that their readers rated the best stuffing mix as...'Trader Joe's Cornbread Stuffing Mix.'
My first response: I love, love cornbread so I would love, love, love this mix.
My second response: Grr...Utah has yet to acquire a Trader Joe's. [sigh]
And so I write to my friends who live near one and that maybe frequent the store already. For $4, you can purchase a 12.4 oz box. I would, of course, repay the buyer for the box and shipping.
Anyone willing to ship it to me? Just a thought. Thanks, Kristen

Aaron says to tell you that even though we live right next to a Trader Joes, we are not classy enough to go inside, and so therefore we cannot send you anything from that store.
Plus... he says my dad's new wife's ex husband works there. Ehhh.
