After a new hard drive and installation by one awesome husband, my computer is operational once again. If you have ears, say cheers! We still have yet to see if the information off the old hard drive is retrievable, but nothing to panic over since everything memorable was backed up. It's the important, but re-creatable documents and our 2011 Christmas card I would love to retrieve only to save me what precious hours of the day I have to myself.
