The day after Gavin's surgery he was back to his usual, full-of-energy self. Kids are so resilient, I tell you. On the other hand, I came down with a stress cold that refuses to go away. We have called it the bubonic plague since even Sean has commented that I have never been so down. I finally went for a run with morning and felt great for the first time in two weeks.
The first weekend in April we celebrated General Conference within our church. It was church wide thus broadcasted and streamed through the internet from Salt Lake City, Utah. There was a special spirit in our home while conference was on and we were amazed at how much our boys respected the speakers, songs, and prayers.

Logan continues to grow strong and healthy into our big boy even when he sleeps. Sean and the boys made a birdhouse together and painted the entire house. I was shocked to hear the boys had so much patience. And finally, we have had three weekends of birthday parties in a row. It has been a real treat to celebrate with so many friends. Gavin's birthday is at the end of May, so after each party he informs us of the revised plans for his party. I love the boys' faces covered in blue frosting.
