Gavin's Preschool Art Show

I am back to blogging and temporary put a band-aid on my space problem.  I guess it really was a Miner problem as my friend pointed out.  I have quite a few pictures to post and some posts may be out of order.  Nevertheless, I will catch up!

Within his last week of preschool, Gavin had his art show showcasing some of his work throughout the year.  He was quite proud showing off his work to Logan and quite social with his school buddies too.  While chatting with one of his sweet teachers, she described Gavin as a plant.  For any time they ask a question, Gavin's arm shoots up with the answer even if he does not know it.  This comes as no shock to us as Gavin certainly loves to talk, but we do hope this enthusiasm for school continues for the next 16 years or so.

Gavin shows his best friend Devin and Logan some art.  Then Gavin plays photographer with his girl friends, Laney and Kennedi.    

 

 

Sean was impressed Gavin's penguin feet were juxtaposed to show the movement of the penguin walking.
 

Below Gavin is pointing out his 'All-About-Me' poster he made about a month ago.  He proudly wrote his name all by himself and then loved gluing the pictures.
 

And here is a close-up.  Instead of writing his favorite activities and hobbies, I tried to find or make pictures that displayed them.

 

Gavin loved the whole process and his 15 minutes of fame in front of his classmates explaining the poster.
 

Last but not least, here is Gavin with sweet Mrs. Powell.  Just half of the wonderful team who made this school year truly magical for Gavin.
