Orlando, Florida: Day Two, Magic Kingdom

We had a cool morning which quickly turned into the perfect early Spring day in Florida.  Magic Kingdom was pretty empty on Wednesday, so we truly got to maximize our visit.  Here is the rundown for our attractions: Goofy's the Barnstormer (twice), Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Met with Goofy then Donald, bought our beloved ears with the boys' names engraved, Mad Tea Party, It's a Small World, Tomorrowland Speedway, Tomorrowland People Mover, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, NEW Under the Sea-Journey of the Little Mermaid, Prince Charming Regal Carrousel, Mickey's PhilharMagic, Peter Pan's Flight, Haunted Mansion, tried our very first Dole Pineapple Whip, The Enchanted Tiki Room, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, NEW Belle's Royal Majesty Makers, Gavin & Sean rode Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and then finally the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular.

Litte Logan's first Barnstormer ride.  He was all smiles and full of excitement.

His excitement quickly turned to terror and screams.  As naughty parents, Sean and I laughed the whole ride.  Yet despite his fear, he was such a brave and cooperative boy for we rode the Barnstormer a second time as soon as we got off the first.  With no lines, we took advantage of riding several times plus this time we recorded his shrieks.

Meanwhile, this kid was in heaven the whole time.  We let Gavin pick the very first ride inside Magic Kingdom and naturally he picked the Barnstormer.  I predict next time Gavin will ask for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad first.

"Goofy and I were rockin'-on!"

I think Goofy's Barnstormer scared the boy away from Goofy for a while.

But they both loved Donald just fine.

The one picture pretty much sums up our happiness in parenthood.

Worst It's a Small World voyage ever.

Watch out!  Logan's first drive!

After setting ourselves up for the fireworks, Sean lifted Gavin on his shoulders to watch the show.  I asked Logan if he wanted to sit on the  fence in front of me.  He shook his head and replied, "No, me go to sleep."  And so he did just that.  The boy has never self-proclaimed sleep before.
