Here are the boys rearing in excitement on the plane to meet their cousin! By the time we landed, it was 2:00am back home so needless to say we were all a little tired.
Entertaining the boys when they wake way too early due to the time zone difference at first.
The morning we arrived we got to snuggle our newest family member.
Meet Stella Grace Miner.

One day we took a trip downtown Salt Lake to visit the new City Creek Shopping Center.
Then rode the ferris wheel inside the gigantic Sheels on the way home.
More fun inside the Sheels store.

As requested from us deprived Georgia folks, we had Aunt Stephanie's delicious enchiladas and salsa one night for dinner. The whole extended family got together and we all had a blast. We had root beer floats for dessert later as shown from this root beer float couch exhibition.

Just because.

All in one day we played in the snow and then ate Cafe Rio for lunch.
One day we took the boys to the nicklecade to play their hearts out.
Grandma Jeana and Logan fought giant spiders together. This was grandma's favorite game.
A little dancing back at Sheels.

As an extended family, we all got together one Saturday morning and went to Get Air Hang Time indoor jumping place. We all had a BLAST! At one point, all the cousins played a giant game of dodgeball.

Little Stella wanted to join in but she might have to wait another year to do so.
After jumping, we all swarmed Firehouse subs for lunch and filled up half the place. Here is Gavin with all his big friends whom he misses so much. Too bad Utah is so far away from Georgia.
Fast forward to Sunday morning where cousin Nate gave his farewell talk before leaving three days later to serve in the Lima Peru LDS Mission. Here is a panorama shot of Uncle John and Aunt Natalie's house Sunday after the church service with just a few of us.
Then after a quick change of clothes, all the cousins decided to try out the homemade drift bike down the hills of Spanish Fork. A still taken from a video even Sean tried his luck down the hill. At least they were wearing helmets.

Play time with cousins Quinley, McCade, and Mason!
A camera shy brother-in-law playing Ticket to Ride.
While visiting we got to try the tasty delights provided by the infamous waffle truck.

Yes, they were that good.
It was tough, but we had to say goodbye to this little one. Next time we see her in person, Stella will probably be driving and too cool for us Miners.
Saying goodbye to cousin Nate one last time before he headed into the MTC for his LDS mission.

Playing with cousin Carston one last time too. Does this really count as playing together?
All this travel can leave one exhausted.
Before we left Utah, Gavin was reunited with his very first girlfriends we affectionally call the 'ladies.' These beautiful twins were born just four days after Gavin and he spent most days of the week walking and playing with the ladies during his first two years of life.
And finally, we had one more person to say goodbye to before taking off on the plane. Cousin Jordan was leaving a few weeks later to serve her LDS mission in the Lubbock Texas area. Goodbyes are certainly tough sometimes. My boys love Jordan (and the rest of their cousins) so much that it made for a tearful goodbye for Gavin and then me.
The time had finally come to board our plane home.
The next couple mornings in Georgia were tough while we adjusted back to the Eastern Time Zone.
