Before we left town for more adventures northward, we had one last play date with the Forbes cousins. Jack is again four years old and Eli is just one month younger than Gavin. The boys played well together while I got to catch up with my only female Forbes cousin. We had a fantastic morning despite locking the keys in the car running with the AC full blast. Luckily the spare key was not far away and no kids were locked in. It gave us more time to enjoy the company a little longer. So overall no complaints.
Overall, our visit to Virginia was perfect.
Great food, great company, great family, great views...see where I am going with this?
Next stop was Washington, D.C.
