And no trip to Florida would be complete without a quick look at the beach. As you can tell by the fleece and jeans, it was not completely beach appropriate weather. It's February so it's understandable (however watching the news as I write this, Friday's weather is reported to be 81 degrees!). After shell searching and sticking our feet in the water, we made a beeline to the airport. Our 40 hours with 'Carana' were sadly over. We were oh-so-grateful they came to visit though!
I adore these girls and cherish the friendship/sistership we share. Time often separates our visits or chats, and yet we always pick up right where we left off. It's a beautiful thing.
