Last week Grandpa and Grandma Miner came to visit us in the Sunshine State. We love visitors, and grandparents are especially hard to beat. We had a blast creating so many memories. The boys were completely thrown off their schedule but with nonstop fun it was well worth it. By the end of the week though Gavin got a little too sassy without his schedule and such little sleep. And it has taken a full week to retrain Gavin what the word 'No' means. But grandparents are not meant to say 'No.' I have learned to accept that fact and plan to use it to my advantage in the far future.
Up first on the agenda: a tour of UF's Hough Hall.
This is where Sean spends most of his week and sometimes most of his weekends.
It's a brand new building and Sean's class will actually be the first to graduate out of it.
Now for the tour.
After touring the campus, we drove east to my father's for dinner.
He is a master of the grill, I kid you not.
